AG-40 Heavy Agriculture Spray Drone

Overview

The AG-40 is built for estates and plantation operators who move large volumes of product per flight and cannot afford mid-field refills. Two independent 40 mm diaphragm pumps draw from the 40 L tank, so the boom keeps spraying at full pressure even if one circuit is compromised, and a 12 m wide boom covers more ground per pass. The frame uses carbon-reinforced arms and a redundant IMU to hold attitude in gusty orchard and plantation rows, while the 63 kg maximum takeoff weight keeps it inside the agricultural UAV weight class that most regulators allow without a special permit. It handles 320 mu per hour at 6 m/s, where 1 mu equals roughly 666.7 m², and the enclosed spray system with anti-drip valves protects chemical compatibility seals during transport and storage. Two 32 000 mAh batteries are included, and the quick-swap battery door allows a second operator to have a fresh pack air in seconds.
