UAVSale operates a B2B marketplace that lists drone platforms, spare parts and related technical documents from manufacturers. We are an intermediary between suppliers and buyers.

We are not the manufacturer of the goods shown on this site, we do not take title of the goods, and we are not a party to the supply contract you conclude with a supplier. That contract is formed directly between you and the supplier.

We verify each supplier before its listings go live and keep the audit record visible. Product specifications come from the manufacturer and may change without notice.

Prices shown are indicative starting prices excluding VAT, shipping, duties and any certification costs. A binding price is only the one confirmed in a written quotation.

Images are supplied by the manufacturer. Minor differences in colour and finish do not constitute a defect.

An inquiry sent through this site is a request for information. It does not create a contract and does not oblige either you or the supplier to transact.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Lead times are estimates given by the factory and are confirmed again when the order is placed.

Minimum order quantities, sample order conditions and payment terms are set by each supplier and stated on their profile and in their quotation.

Payments made to a supplier are made in the currency stated on the quotation. We do not handle funds between the parties and we do not charge a commission on your order.

It is your responsibility to confirm that the products you order may lawfully be imported into your market, and that they meet the local registration, airworthiness and radio requirements.

Where a supplier has not yet obtained a certification for your market, their listing will state this. Ordering without the required certification is at your own risk and may result in a refused import.

We provide this site with reasonable care, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or continuously available. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of listed suppliers.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health, nor does it affect mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in your country of residence.

Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
